| TRAVEL AND TOURIST INFORMATION |
For staying and visiting Italy, non-EU citizens must have a valid passport while persons having a EU citizenship can enter Italy with a valid identity card. Visa requirements are not the same for all non-EU citizens but they depend upon the home country of the attendee or prospective participant. For instructions visit the website of Italian Foreign Ministry. In order to avoid misunderstandings and confusions, all foreign participants to the next 6th Envimeko TC19 Symposium are urgently requested to get in touch, as soon as possible, with the Italian consular authorities or Embassy in their home country, for establishing appropriate circumstances according to which their visas can be issued. The conference organization is available to deliver, under specific request of the foreign participant, a letter of invitation to attend the conference without waiving the registration fee. All requests must be sent to Mr. Rosario Morello (link) including all data regarding the participant, his email and regular mail address, as well as his affiliation.
